Time sensitive wire transfer

Requested a recall on an International Wire Transfer on 12/15 and it wasnt done until 12/21. I still dont have the money back in my account!

Mishandling of an account

A branch manager in Monroe Michigan dropped the ball and was supposed to close an account that is a court legal guardianship account we went in we told her to close it she refused to close it because she said there was an ACH coming out of it we told her no we wanted it closed she waited it's been 2 weeks now this account is getting fees we need this account closed and we can't get anyone to help us and if not we're going to contact the attorney general and make a complaint.

They made an unauthorized unannounced debit to my bank account and refused to refund the payment. I had to get a lost card replaced and charged a $99.00 reenlistment fee without telling me.

They charged my debit card without authorization or notice. Made no efforts to make it right it refund my money.

User's recommendation: Do not do business with continental finance if you want to be treated with respect in a business relationship.

Can chat with a expert after hours for emergency I was making a payment that said declined for to the money any was want my money back
